- Start by submitting the complaint form or contacting the Branch Manager directly. The Branch Manager is required to resolve complaints within 7 days and inform you of the outcome.
- If unresolved at the branch level, the issue will be escalated to the Zonal Office, where they will aim to resolve it within 4 days.
- If the Zonal Office cannot resolve it within 4 days, the matter will move to the Circle Office, which also has 4 days to address it.
- If the Circle Office does not resolve it in this time, the grievance will be forwarded to the Head Office.
